Afromine.com has a long history of supporting the conservation of our natural resources and the preservation of our open spaces.

Delaware artist Michael J. Riley was commissioned by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to design the 2003 - 2008 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan Brochure (SCORP).

This project presented a unique opportunity to combine Riley's love of nature with his natural creative gift for graphic design and illustration.

The resulting original graphics from the SCORP brochure project launched a new art form for Riley and led to a new and exciting collection of graphic designs, which have appeared in art exhibits, magazines, posters and clip art CDs.

The new graphic design collections is titled, "The Anglism Collection" and several pieces are available for purchase at the Afromine.com Online Store.

Afromine.com is committed to continuing its efforts and participation in preserving and nurturing both, natural and human resources.

We actively participate in recycling programs for our art supplies and work very closely with churches and young people in our local community providing guidance, artistic services, mentoring and other forms of support.
